What happens to removed pages
Removed pages are not written to the new file and cannot be recovered from it. The original PDF on your device is not modified.
Pages you may want to remove
Common examples include blank scan backs, separator sheets, duplicate scans and notes that should not be shared.
If most pages should be removed, Extract pages from PDF may be quicker because you select only what you want to keep.
What changes in the result
Only resources used by the remaining pages are written to the new PDF. Printed page numbers stay unchanged because they are part of the page content.
