    PNG to PDF

Start the conversion and wait while the output is generated locally on your device.

  4. 4

    Download the result

The tool verifies the number and dimensions of the generated pages or images before download.

Output quality and dimensions

PNG images keep sharp edges and transparency is placed on a white PDF page. Choose matching size or a standard paper format without cropping.

Choosing the right settings

Use matching page size for a PDF that follows the dimensions of each source image. Choose A4 or US Letter for a consistent document.

Margins add space around the image without cropping it. Landscape images automatically use landscape pages for fixed paper sizes.

What the conversion preserves

The image pixels and orientation are used to build each page. The output does not add OCR or searchable text.

The tool checks the expected item count and dimensions before making the result available.

Privacy

All processing takes place in your browser. Your PDF is never uploaded to a server, and no data remains after you close the page.

FAQ

Are my files uploaded?

No. Conversion and verification take place locally in your browser, so the source files and results are not sent to a server.

Will the source files be changed?

No. Conversion creates a new output and leaves every original file on your device unchanged.

Which quality setting should I choose?

Choose a fixed paper size for printing or matching size when the original image proportions matter most.

Can I process several files or pages?

Yes. You can arrange several input images or export several PDF pages and download multiple results together in a ZIP archive.

Does conversion add OCR?

No. Image-to-PDF conversion does not recognise text, and PDF-to-image conversion turns the visible page into pixels.

What happens to transparent parts of a PNG?

Transparency remains in the embedded image, but the PDF page has a white background. Transparent areas therefore normally appear white in a PDF viewer while the PNG pixels and sharp edges remain lossless. The source files remain unchanged on your device throughout.

Why can a PDF made from PNG files be large?

PNG uses lossless compression, which is effective for text and flat graphics but can require much more space for photographs. If needed, process the finished document with Compress PDF. The source files remain unchanged on your device throughout.

Will an A4 page crop my PNG?

No. The image keeps its aspect ratio and is scaled to fit within the selected margins. Choose Match image when you want the page itself to follow the source dimensions. The source files remain unchanged on your device throughout.
