How to make a preschool diploma

Pick a color
The diploma has a big star and a graduation cap. Change its color with one click and print it on Letter or A4 paper.

Adjust the decorations
Move, recolor or delete the star, balloons and bunting. On the Elements tab, add animal stickers or your own photo.

Type the class list
On the Names tab, paste the children's names or load an Excel file. Every child gets their own diploma.

The vector PDF prints sharp at home or at a print shop. In the print settings, choose actual size.

Certificates for a whole class at once
No need to type a name on each certificate. One design and a list of names is enough.

Open the Names tab and paste the names, one per line. You can also copy columns from Excel or upload an XLSX or CSV file.

The second column is the place, the third the class. Contest themes fill in the place on their own, and you can add other columns to a text as a variable, such as {class}.

Use the arrows below the certificate to check them one by one. If a name does not fit, the maker warns you.

Download a single PDF with every certificate. Each one is on its own page, so you print them all in one go.
Printing tips

Use heavier paper or card stock, 160 to 250 g/m² (about 60 to 90 lb cover). Check what your printer can handle.

In the print settings, choose actual size or 100% scale, not fit to page.

You do not need borderless printing. The text sits far enough from the edge of the paper.

Save paper by picking Half Letter in the Themes tab and printing two certificates on one Letter sheet, then cut the sheet in half.
