Open the List tab and type the names one per line, or paste columns from Excel or Google Sheets.

Put the certificate numbers in the second column and the value in the third. They fill in on the certificate by themselves.

Step through the rows with the arrows under the certificate and check that everything fits.

Download the PDF. Each row of the list becomes one certificate, three per sheet.
Printing and cutting

Print on card stock, ideally 65 to 110 lb. Regular copy paper feels too thin for a gift.

Three per sheet is on in the Themes tab. To email a single certificate, download it from the arrow next to the button as one certificate.

In the print dialog choose actual size (100%), not fit to page.

Cut the three certificates on each sheet apart along the dashed lines.

The third-of-Letter size fits a #10 envelope, and DL fits a DL envelope.
